Payment

• Deposit of 30% of the total price up to one week after booking
• Final payment up to one week before arrival
• by bank transfer

Cancellation conditions

• up to 3 months before arrival no cancellation fee
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
• 30 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
• from 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
• in case of late arrival/no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the rental price
